Add Stories
Users can add as many stories they want as there is no limit on adding it. Stories added can be Photo / Video of their choice.
Media Supported
For Stories, select Photos / Videos from any location of your system and upload them as Story on your community.
Story Captions
You can add Captions for Photos / Videos while uploading them in the Stories.
Story Privacy
If you want to change the Privacy of stories in order to show them to some group of people then you can change it:
- Go to the “Archive” section
- Click on the “Settings” tab
- Here, you can change the “View” and “Comment” Privacy of the stories.
Reply & Reactions on Stories
Along with the viewing of Stories, you can give replies in Comments with Subject & Message for the stories uploaded by your friends or any other community member.
Also from the Story’s View Page, you can give reactions on the stories. This feature is dependent on “Professional Activity & Nested Comments Plugin”
Play / Pause Story
While viewing the stories from its view page, you can pause any of the story photos or videos and then again play the same in order to increase the view time of stories.
Sound On / Off Option
Users can On / Off the sounds when they will view the Videos in the Stories which will help them to understand the videos more clearly.
Delete Stories
If you want to delete any of your uploaded stories then you can delete them from the option given at the top of the Story View Page.
Report Story
Users can report Stories anytime if they find them offensive from the options given at the top of the View Page of the Story.
Mute Story
Users can Mute the Stories of any Member if they don’t want to see their stories in future. If you mute the story of any Member then it will only Mute their stories and not the activity feed/post. Users can see all the Muted Stories in the “Stories You Muted” section from the Archive Section.
Skip Story
If any user has posted multiple photos and you don’t want to see them all then you can simply skip them from the Story View Page using forward & backward icons.
Archive Story
Stories uploaded by you will disappear automatically after 24 hours but you can see all your stories from the “Archive” section. As it contains all the photos/videos uploaded by you till now.
Global Settings
Here, you can do various settings related to the stories like the maximum number to size of videos to upload, delay time of photos & path of video.
Manage Stories
You can manage all the stories which are uploaded till now from here and can search any story among the stories uploaded on Android, iOS & website or on the basis of Photo/Video.
