Property Manager – For Owners, Dealers and Builders

Property Managers are the main drivers of the Realtor X platform. You may be an individual owner selling your home, a dealer with multiple client listings to manage or a builder marketing a brand-new home. Whichever your situation may be, this role allows you to create new listings, manage and track listings with just a few clicks.

Key Features:

The visitor begins by entering search terms like destination, stay duration, Check-in, Check-out time, room number, and guests. The system will then show available hotels with major information such as pictures, location, and base rates. Filters can be used to narrow results, and hotels can be viewed in grid or list modes. Choosing a hotel will show available room packages, including descriptions and facilities included. Promotional prices (such as “Gateway Deal”) are easily visible, with the original and sale price transparently displayed.

• Post and manage property for Sale or Rent
• Select Property Type for posting: residential or commercial
• Select Advertiser role: Owner, Dealer or Builder
• Add specific details such as location, area, price, number of bedrooms etc.
• Upload photos of property
• Edit, update and delete properties at any time
• Communicate directly with potential buyers or tenants

Guest User

Guest Users are users that can explore the Realtor X web app without having to sign up. They can explore the available listings and properties without going through the registration process. This role is completely aimed at buyers or renters looking to explore the listed properties before signing up for the service or making a decision.

Key Features:

• Use filters to search property based on location, BHK, and type
• Use Map View or Drive Time Search to generate personalized search results
• Browse property listing from Owners, Dealers or Builders
• View complete property details with price, area, photos and address

User Admin

User Admin is the core for the Realtor X platform and is vital in controlling the entire real estate ecosystem. The User Admin oversees the moderating for listings, the functionality and performance of the platform, and general user/admin experience and engagement. The User Admin will be suited for platform owners, or operators managing groups of users accessing various categories for properties.

Key Features:

• Manage and monitor all users (owners, dealers, builders, and guests).
• Approve/reject/edit property listings submitted by users.
• Use analytics to monitor performance on a platform wide basis.
• Moderate materials posted, such as photos and descriptions.
• Set permissions/ access levels for all users.
