  • Each license is valid for use on one domain, subdomain or folder i.e. you can use plugins, themes or mobile apps only on one copy of SocialEngine.
  • Support will be provided only for the products developed by SocialNetworking.Solutions.
  • Customized products from us (SocialNetworking.Solutions) will be supported.
  • Packages are bulk purchase of our plugins, themes & mobile apps, so they are also covered in our Refund Policy.
  • You can move from Starter to Platinum package but reverse way is not allowed. To upgrade your package, you can contact us and pay the balance amount.
  • We start on app submission on Apple / Play store only after the purchase of Premium or Platinum package. Please remember NO REFUND is available if you want a refund after the app rejected by Apple / Android Play store because we are here to re-submit your app for approval in the respective store. Also, you have to contact our support team of app build and submission as this process will require details from you.
  • Custom modifications and 3rd party plugin integration are not included in any package.
  • Only 2 Free Mobile Apps Builds will be provided during the 90 days free Mobile App upgrade.
